Revive TA
I was just thinking that we should try and revive TA by giving a HA-ish scheme by adding some different types of battles and maybe have a Hall of Gladiators after so many consecutive wins (maybe 20?) you battle in the Hall of gladiators and if you win you get a chest that is like HoH chest this would make TA more enjoyable and maybe get more people playing it then also you could have a Observer channel for Hall of Gladiators.

Maybe have an observer mode for TA, not sure how to implement it, the hall of gladiators sounds ok but I think a lot of people enjoy arenas as you can just keep going and going, with a HA style system at some point you'd have to stop (when you reach the chest).
Id like to say obs matches involving teams with a certain rank, but thats rife with difficulty.

I like the idea however that would make it an HA clone with the only difference of Glad points instead of hero ones. Not needed imo.

TA could use some sort of upgrade, I don't know what exactly, but like Ganni said, a HA-clone is not the way I think.
A emote would definenitly spark people's interest (I know this has been suggested before), although more rankspamming is not really the way to go...
Maybe something like Daily Tournaments or a ladder thing could help. (Just random thoughts)

Maybe they could add a 1RP per gladpoint in TA? Then maybe some would want the additional rewards and ZKeys from TA rather than getting their glads in RA.

Fixed. I believe the main problem with this lies in the lack of skillbalancing for PvP as a whole. I believe an observer system could be implimented in TA for a certain amount of TA wins too.

TA is not fine, but there's really nothing anyone can do about it. To completely revamp the system with only a handful of devs that even care about GW1 anymore just isn't going to happen.

TA will never be fixed, the ONLY time the Devs spent anytime on changes to TA it was when they all decided they wanted their r3's for the HoM and it was taking them too long in RA to get. So they revamped the point system to make earning glads easier. But THAT change was ment for RA, and TA was simply changed aswell because they work the same.
ANYWAY....
I've always said limit the amount of Glad points you can get from RA, cap it at 100, so atleast someone can get r1 Glad there. If they want more, go to TA.
Perhaps revert RA, make it 1 point per ten wins, and leave TA at the curtrent 1-5, 2-10,3-15 ect, now TA is a way to earn glads faster over RA. But then if you look at my opening paragraph here you will se why that will never happen.
Honestly TA is just so full of skillless gimicks at the moment that it's not even worth spending anytime in. A true balanced team needs to be REALLY good to win ten in TA right now. The Gothspikers need to go (Except Goth, they invented it, they have a right to run it) the 2 monk 2 Ranger interupt spam teams need to go. Any place where a balanced build is a CLEAR underdog is bad. (Yes you can't run Balance in HB but thats not because of OP builds it's the dip shit game mechanic of capping AND kills)
It would be nice if they somehow could make it so ther can only be one monk per team, but that limits creativity and other options, as well as teams porting in from RA.
